Our product is patented and we are a member of the Uniform Product Council. All sales are final unless due to a manufacturer defect then refund is in full less the shipping costs.


PAYMENT POLICY & TERMS:


  1. All payments made by customer will only be accepted in the form of a Company Check, Bank Wire Transfer, or by using PayPal. PayPal is a free and secure website for BUYER and SELLER, and SELLER is not required to obtain an account with PayPal to utilize it.

  2. If paying using PayPal: An Invoice through PayPal will be submitted to the customer after the initial phone conversation between By The Sea and the customer through the email address specified by the customer.

  3. If paying with Company Check: An invoice will be submitted to the customer through email from By The Sea at which time you may remit payment to our address on our website.

  4. If paying by Bank Wire Transfer: Upon request, we will submit to you by email the information necessary to complete a successful transfer.

  5. Customer must submit a valid email address to By The Sea in order to expedite and activate an order and payment MUST be received and accepted by By The Sea to begin production.

  6. All customers are responsible for all applicable shipping and sales tax charges. Florida Residents are assessed a 6% Florida Sales Tax.

  7. Payment must be received before decal artwork template is created and product is shipped to include all applicable fees, sales tax, and shipping costs. Sales tax is charged after shipping charges are assessed.

  8. Tax Exempt: Anyone who is tax exempt from Florida Sales Tax MUST fax or email a current copy of their Florida Annual Resale Certificate to include your contact info for By The Sea to reach you at to confirm as received. Fax To: (239) 530-7116 OR Email it to ByTheSeaTowelClips@gmail.com. This is the BUYER's responsibility or a 6% Florida Sales Tax will be assessed automatically.


PAYPAL:


If you opt to pay with PayPal, By The Sea will send you an invoice through email which will link you directly to PayPal's website and allow you to send payment directly from your invoice without having an account with PayPal. Through PayPal, the BUYER has the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and eCheck; or by registering for an account with PayPal, you may set up a bank account for drafting that allows future transactions to take place more efficiently. You have the option to print a receipt once the transaction is complete.

PayPal is a free and secure (SSL) site that verifies all personal information to secure all payment transactions for BUYER and SELLER do not have access to BUYERS' confidential or financial information through PayPal due to PayPal having a secure network server which is encrypted for higher priority security. It enhances a more prompt transaction between BUYER and SELLER while verifying the shipping address through the United States Postal Service.

If we receive notification through PayPal stating the BUYER is "unconfirmed" or "ineligible" through the United States Post Office, we will deny the Order and any payment made will be refunded immediately.

Since PayPal is an option and a faster option for method of payment the BUYER is responsible for a 2.9% + 30¢ domestic or a 3.9% + 30¢ international handling and processing fee for PayPal processing as it is the BUYERS' option to pay using PayPal versus company check.

  • Remember that Custom orders have different pricing, production time, and shipping costs (based on Design, style, quantity, location, and if Decals are chosen).

  • All orders must be confirmed by By The Sea prior to shipment and payment MUST be received in full before production or shipping occurs.

  • If you are required to submit a Tax Resale Certificate, a most current Certificate MUST be faxed or emailed to By The Sea and confirmed as received prior to processing of the BUYERS' order/shipment.

  • Prices may be subject to change.

  • By The Sea utilizes the most cost effective method for the BUYER in an effort to reduce costs on ALL charges.
